Is there any way to reduce the amount of text that is shown for each message in the inbox?   I'd like to limit it to 200 characters or so.   Right not it's showing the entire message most of the time.

I think it would be more clear that you had to click on the title, if it only showed a portion of the message.

Great vid.

I achieved this in my theme by extending the ASP.NET "Literal" Control with a version that does the trimming and formatting for me.

I've got it working on my site and I think it looks much better.

The deleted message bug kind of took the wind out of my sails as far as trying to get things going on my site so I haven't finished packaging this up yet...
