    Will,

Pengtsen of BizModules is very interested in creating the kind of integration for UVG & UMG like that has been accomplished by Ventrian for News Articles. The thing is that he needs some guidance to get him going.

Could you provided him with the appropriate info so that he can integrate with the Active Social journal?

    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Marc

    Mark,
I've been following that thread on BizModules and offered to help connect Pengsten with Will and team. I did the same for Scott and News Articles. Once 1.8 releases and the journal API docs are up this should be pretty straightforward for BizModules to integrate. I'm pretty motivated to see that happen myself....very cool module on it's own and an AS integration would really make a huge impact.

Everyone will have access to the Journal API documentation once it's released. Some commercial module developers may even be able to receive a free Active Social license.

I would love to see these two modules integrate with AS but UVG needs to fix the page thingy.
I am using the latest AS/AF/DNN available.
    Thanks.

    Hi Steven,
It's great to know that you guys are anxious to get this integrated, like the News Articles module, also!

    Will,
Thank you for responding to this topic and I would like you to know that I raised this because I just want these modules to work together in the way the News Articles module is doing right now and most certainly not to raise the tension between module developpers!
