    HI,

I would like to create a profile view template and to be able to select it from the DropDownList control on the setting. I tried to create a new template (which is an exact copy of the original) and place in /activesocial/templates/profile/ as NewProfileView.ascx. At this point I'd expect to be able to select this template from the DropDownList, however the only template that was available from the list was the 'Default Template'.

    Is it possible at all?

    Thanks,
    David

You need to use the control panel to create the template. This will create the template properly and store it in the proper directory. Make sure you prefix the template name with ProfileView.

    Hi Martha,

When you are viewing the page as an Administrator, there will be a link right under the module that says "Control Panel". Inside the Control Panel are all the settings and configuration options available to the module.

You can find more information about all the settings here:

    http://www.activemodules.com/active...min-guide/

And more information about accessing the control panel, and configuring the module here:
