I'm trying to customize the EventsList view in Active Social for use on a page other than in the Group/Profile Tab.

What I would like to do is be able to show the next upcoming 2 events for a specific group and the next upcoming 5 events across all groups.

1) Is it possible to filter an event list by group id in the template? 

2) Is it possible to limit the display to the next upcoming "x" events.

3) How do I filter out events that have already ended.

4) In the default template, the "Group" image is displayed in full size to the left of the event information.   How do I fix this so that it's displayed the same size as all of the other "author" images in the summary views.

I've been working with this a little bit more and it appears that the contents of the "[AS:JOURNALITEM:TEMPLATE]" are being ignored in the EventsList.ascx template. Changes elsewhere to the file appear, but any changes within this section are ignored.

Instead, it appears to be showing the default layout for a Event Journal entry? Can/How do you edit the default journal template for events?
