Trying to find out if/why active:groupslist is showing disabled groups.
Is there a documentation link for active:groupslist (there are pages for other controls...)

As far as I can tell, it is only showing disabled groups to Admin users. This is likely so that Admins can easily access the groups to approve them again if need be.
