Recently I published DNN module with ability to read twitter messages.
It can be easily integrated with one of user profile tab, more info on module home page.

I'd actually downloaded ASTweet and it works quite well. Prior to finding your module, I updated the profile property to accept only the twitter username, and updated the twitter button on the profile page to update with the same. Then I used some jQuery to display tweets from my site Twitter account if the user had no account themselves. I also fiddled around and found a way no simply make no display whatsoever if a user has no twitter account. Is this something you may be able to update the module with? I could show you my personal implementations if it would help (all client-side though) and not a DNN module like yours.

For others: the module works really well, and you can load it as a sidebar or aside module on the profile page by using the as:moduleloader instead of adding it to a profile tab.

If I understand correctly, it's a default tweet profile for users who don't have tweet account?
