    This appears to be an issue only with the dnnWerk RadEditorProvider.

    This isn't an Active Forums issue. I tracked down the problem to the dnnWerk RAD Editor provider. I've shared my findings with the developer on codeplex.com. Hopefully the dnnWerk Editor PRovider will be corrected.
