    Hi There,

Can't post a helpdesk ticket about this as even though I've just upgraded, I don't have access to Helpdesk

My users rely heavily on the What's new modules that I put at the bottom of the forums. Now before I upgraded to the latest AF, these modules would show the latest forum posts with no problem. Now I have upgraded however it seems to act different.

If a user replies to a thread, then another user replies to the same thread.. the thread appears twice in the module. It used to just show the *latested* reply, not all replies to that thread.

I've tried using topic mode, but that doesn't do it either.

So, how do I get the What's New modules to show only the latest replies.. not ALL replies??

    Many THanks

The What's new module has always behaved the same way with replies. It always shows the most recent reply to the topic even if the replies are to the same topic.

    Really? That's very very strange.

Since upgrading the What's New looks a lot more hectic. Mine is setup to show.. Forum, Topic, by who, then date/time.

    So we are seeing

Members Chat, This Topic by This User 01/01/2011 13:00
Members Chat, This Topic by That User 01/01/2011 12:30
Members Chat, This Topic by Other User 01/01/2011 12:28
Members Chat, Other Topic by This User 01/01/2011 13:00
Members Chat, Other Topic by That User 01/01/2011 12:30
Members Chat, Other Topic by Other User 01/01/2011 12:28

But my users, and myself, don't remember seeing it like this. I was certain is was only showing the most recent post to a thread... guess I was wrong. It still appears different... very annoying, wish I had some screenshots of the old forums
