    • Active Forums Version: 4.3.4
    • DotNetNuke Version: 5.6.1
No option for 4.3.5 but thats what I installed on DNN 5.6.1 (upgraded from 4.3.4).
The install failed with an error at the very end but the forums seem to work fine EXCEPT for the fact that when you select a page to browse thru topics, you are taken to page 22. It's consistent on every forum.

How do I roll back this upgrade? Now a full week has passed, I cannot really roll back to the backup I made before I upgraded because other areas of the site have been updated and would be lost.
Am I the only person who has paging issues?
Also, I am being told I can renew my support for a year but this feels a little strange in light of who owns Active Modules now. If I pay for support who will actually support me? the DNN forums?
I'm feeling a bit desperate. forums broke, I'm the only one apparently having this issue, no support....

Just like any module install, a rollback isn't possible without a full site restore.

We haven't had any other reports on this issue.

It's no different than the support you had before. If you renew, you have access to the help desk again and we can provide hands on support.

"It's no different than the support you had before" ? Except we were paying mainly for the license and the support was a part of the package. This kind of statement is just plain frustrating.

That might be how you looked at the pricing, but that wasn't our business model. Support costs accounted for nearly 50% of our pricing.

It would have been nice to have notification that my support was expiring. Now I wait for the purchasing process to complete so I can hopefully get some help.

Penny, We do send notifications via email usually 60 and 30 days in advance.

We recently upgraded about a dozen sites to 4.3.5 and are experiencing the Page 22 navigation problem.

Our company has a support contact, but given the late point in the day I may not have get the crendetials... but the clock is ticking and I am trying to figure out if there is a quick fix for this, or where I should fallback to the backups.

    Hi Joel,

If you have an active support agreement, I urge you to create a help desk ticket.

    http://www.activemodules.com/Commun...pdesk.aspx

I am not sure what would cause this issue, so I would need to take a closer look at one of your sites to determine a cause.
