    After updating security settings on a forum group or forum nothing happens. I tried the following:

    1. Empty cache in IE
    2. Tried connecting to my site from a remote location

    Changed settings only became visible on the site after an 'iisreset' on my webserver (Windows 2003) and .Net 1.1.

    Am I doing something wrong?
