I hope somebody can help, we have 2 sites recently updated to DNN 5.6.1

1 has a v4.1.16 enterprise AF install, the other has a v4.2.5 lite edition.

The subscription emails for new forum posts appear to have changed in the last couple of weeks,

the link to the topic now shows http://mydomain~/Default.aspx?tabid...ic&aft=147

obviously there are 2 major changes with this - if it wasnt for the tilde the new link would actually work.

the really strange thing, is there was a period where replies to older posts used the older link, while replies to new posts used the new link - i.e. it didnt just change straight away for all emails

If anybody has any ideas of where to start looking it would be very much appreciated (unfortunatly I am unable to update the enterprise version at this time), I am certain it must be a DNN issue over an AF issue, but AF is the only module which appears affected.

    Andy.

P.S. we are just using DNN friendly urls, no other rewriter, just in case you ask.

You will need to upgrade your 4.1.16 Enterprise install. There was a bug in DNN that would cause the URL to not be fully formed, but we created a workaround for that issue in a later release. The only other time I have seen this happen is when Friendly URLs are actually disabled.
