    • Active Forums Version: 4.4.0
    • DotNetNuke Version: 5.6.1
I upgraded to 4.3.5 this weekend but the install failed. I submitted a support ticket with the error and the response was "This is a DNN problem and we can't do anything about it, try re-running the install". Today I did re-run the install and it failed again and when I went to support to respond to the case I get a message that we don't have support. We also no longer have Enterprise download available even though we paid for two enterprise licenses which I think are good til August or so.

Wow, I am stunned with such customer service.

For me the support has been always good so can't say anything about that but isn't ActiveModules now DNN?
I am using the latest AS/AF/DNN available.
    Thanks.

Does anyone have experience with a successful upgrade to 4.3.5 on DNN 5.6.1? Can you offer any assistance?
I am seeing errors on ActiveForums Viewer as well, is that product terminated?

Penny, it would be great if you updated your ticket. You received that reply because the error you reported is fairly standard and a reinstall usually does the trick.

I did try to update it today. I was not able to do so because there is no submit button. I no longer have enterprise downloads either.

Penny, I just looked at your account and it appears your support and downloads access did expire today. I only see on purchase in your account from August 2008. Please email sales@active modules.com so we can update your account properly.

Ok I got notification that my support has expired AFTER it expired. Now I wonder should I renew? Why renew support for a product that is being quickly absorbed? The open source AF won't be supported by DNN except by users. Should I pay for that?
    I'm not so sure.
