    • DotNetNuke Version: 4.9.5
    Hi,

during upgrade of the avtive forums module on our test site I got the attached SQL error. I somehow cannot see the fourms information though the page looks ok ? I can see and operate the control panel and settings for the module though I dont see the forums information? -attached screen shots

Is there some setrting Im missing to make it show again ? or could this be relating to the SQL error? everything was fine and the data was still there even after I updated to v04.01.19-STD-PA. After I trien installing ActiveForums-04.02.07-ENT-PA.zip thats when I get this problem.

    I followed these upgrade instructions.

    1. Create a backup of your site and database.
    2. If you are using an older version, Install ActiveForums-3.7.8-DNN45-PA, ensure that all content remains.
    3. Install ActiveForums-04.01.19-STD-PA, do not add it to a page.
    4. Install AFImport_01.00.08
    5. Create a new, empty page.
    6. Add the AFImport module to the page.
    7. Follow the instructions / steps.
    8. Check the forums page and make sure that all content/settings remain.
    9. Install the latest version of Active Forums. (4.2.7)

    Thanks

    Please see this post...

You may need to run the script that I attached in my reply on that thread.

I ran the script and now the forums appear, though only when logged in as host to the site.

When I tried to access the forums as a user, it hangs forever, and when I check the event viewer in DNN I see this-attached

    Thanks

Have you imported users into your forums previously?

This error was resolved via the Help Desk.

The error was being caused by a missing value in the DateLastActivity column of the activeforums_UserProfiles table.
