A long list of members show up in the forum member list, however they do not have DNN accounts.
How do I delete these forum members?

Did you already delete them from DNN? I assume they all had accounts at one point.
I believe DNN 5.6.1 only allows you to soft delete the user, which means they are still in the database. DNN 5.6.2 and 5.6.3 allow you to completely remove the user, which would remove them from the forums list also.
