I know we can have our users put the -end- tag at the end of any emails they reply to so it cuts off the rest of the original email, but is there anyway to automate this so that our users don't have to remember to put it in everytime? I'm thinking I must be missing something on how or where to add it to the templates but I can't figure it out.

Asking members to add the end tag never works.

I use the forum's email address as the end tag. It works 95% of time.
