Mail Connector not processing emails

Active Forums Version: 4.2.4 DotNetNuke Version: 5.6.2 Hi I was wondering how do I figure out something. I have a forum with the mail connector working. When someone sends an email to the email account, I can get the forum to process the email. However, it is not posting it to the forum. It keep saying "Processing 0 of 1 email". How do I know WHY it is not processing the email?

There is a long section in the admin documentation about the MC, and reasons why it may not process. But here are some ideas: 1. Make sure you have a Rejected template enabled, it will send a message back to the author of the post. 2. Make sure the author has permission to post in the forum. 3. Make sure its not a host account. 4. Make sure the users email address is not shared by multiple accounts. 5. Make sure the message isn't 100% HTML with the remove html option enabled.
