    I had a DNN crash.... I had to restore the database (week old)...

    So I went in and updated the last week manually through the database.  Now all posts from anonymous users show their IP ADDRESS.  I had used the MODIPADDRESS in the past, but I cleared the post info template competely...  How can I get rid of the IP ADDRESSES?

    Is it showing all IP Addresses or only IP Addresses from anonymous users?

    I just checked the sample forum and they are displaying the IP ADDRESS for anonymous also... was this a change in 3.5? I just upgraded

    Hi, I am having the same issue, but with registered users. Also removed [MODIPADDRESS] from templates, but still no progress. I am using AF 4.2.7 as part of AS Suite. Thank you, Krunoslav.

    Removing the [MODIPADDRESS] token from the PostInfo/ProfileInfo template is a work-around. At least for me.

    Sounds like you have security configured incorrectly. Make sure registered users don't have any of the MOD type permissions.
