    I have lots of these errors lately. What are they? Are they serious? Anything I can do to fix them?

    Not sure about the first error, but probably something related to cache reloading. Unless you see it all the time I wouldn't worry about.

    The second error is user specific and means that the user has two records in the activeforums_UserProfiles table. Our next update will correct this for you.
