Tried to take a backup of our site's SQL database today, got this:

The backup of the file or filegroup "sysft_activeforums_Catalog" is not permitted because it is not online. BACKUP can be performed by using the FILEGROUP or FILE clauses to restrict the selection to include only online data.
BACKUP DATABASE is terminating abnormally.

Normally we run DNN Backup and it's got some way around this, but when I run the site hosts "MyLittleAdmin Tool" and try to take a backup of the db I get this error.  Anyone have any ideas what this is?

(running Active Forums Version 4.3.6 but this is not an option in the pulldown)

It took some digging but I managed to fix this. Apparently an update to Active Forums module created a "full text catalog" but our present hosting service does not support it.

The solution was to go into the Control Panel for each Active Forums instance, set the "Full-text search" to "No", then use the host provided SQL tool to Drop the catalog.

I tested Search in the forums with "Full-text search" turned off and it does work.
