When importing RSS feeds into a Journal, it shows certain ASCII punctuation characters rathern than rendering them as the punctuation itself.

Example:

What's the best way to get your nonprofit's board of directors involved in fundraising?  I think there are really about five different levels of involvement that any nonprofit board should adopt, systematically and gradually.

How can I correct this?
