    • Active Forums Version: 4.3.4
    • DotNetNuke Version: 5.6.2
We recently changed servers from one domain and host to another. We deleted the files from the old server and yet when trying to activate the forums on the new domain it doesn't work saying that the key is already active.

Also the Friendly URL's are not working and I have installed the URL handler as instructed. What is the issue?

    Hi Les,

I know you posted this before, so I apologize for replying so slowly.

I have emailed you directly regarding the activation.

For friendly URLs, have you specified a vanity name for each forum and group?

I added the vanity name to the parent and children, but I get a 404 error when I try to browse it.

Please check these common issues first, it is a KB article for Active Social but it applies to AF as well: http://www.activemodules.com/active...der-iis-7/

Okay. Also I didn't receive any direct message yesterday. Where did you send it?

I sent it to the email address that was associated with your account. I see it has changed since yesterday though, so I will send it to the new one.
