After upgrading to AF 4.2.2.0, my forums now have duplicate menu bars http://developer.db4o.com/Forums.aspx

    Any idea?

Remove the toolbar token from your templates.

I looked through all the templates and removed [TOOLBAR] from the top of them, if it was there. But the strip still is visible. (twice) I've also tried restarting the application. The cache for the ActiveFOrums module is set to File-0.

If the template is set to default then you need to make sure the files in config/templates also have it removed. The install package should have done this for you.
If you have anything other than default for the templates then you need changes files that are in the template section of the Control Panel.

The Template names and types are:
    ForumView
    TopicsView
    TopicView

If it still shows two then it is cached some where outside the scope of Active Forums.

Ok, clearing my Portals/0/Cache/Modules folder fixed it.

Is this not a token anymore? How do I make the toolbar not visible at all in some custom templates?
I am using the latest AS/AF/DNN available.
    Thanks.
