My active forums URL handler got uninstalled when a developer was troubleshooting why my forum won't put up the vanity URLs.

I think I have figured out the issue (I have URL Master which is overriding the URL handler, so I need to move it in my config higher...but that's another issue).

When I click the link to install the handler, it doesn't install.  It flashes, then nothing. I've restarted the dnn application but still no change.

Is there a file I can add to the site to get that back so it will install?

As far as I know clicking the link just makes a change to your web.config file. Make sure that the file is not marked as read only, and the NETWORK SERVICE account has full control over the directory.

when I hover over the link, it shows javascript void(0).

not sure if that adds any pertinent information.
