With the security model for active forum is it possible to create a setup where users can see that a topic has comments/replies but not view the comments/replies for a specific topic?
And then after adding a comment/reply the user can view the other comments for that topic to which the user added a comment/reply?

If not is there a way to extend the active forums module or purchase the source code?

    thanks,

Interesting requirement. I can see the use of it.

Re: Source Code: ActiveModules does not sell source code.
I am using the latest AS/AF/DNN available.
    Thanks.

    I would agree it's interesting. But a challenge ;-)

It would end up being a functionality to do something in the line of polls (after commenting you can see what others think) or a feedback tool to collect opinions in an open form and not least rewarding members for their opinion by showing what others think.

It would apply in a limited amount of situations though.
