    Hi

    Some background info.
    DNN: 5.6.2
    AF: 4.3.5.0
    AS: 1.9.2
Self-hosting: Win Server 2008, SQL server 2008 on the same server.
Server Region Settings: +1 GMT (Amsterdam, Vienna)
DNN Region Settings: +1 UTC (Amsterdam, Vienna)
User Logged in: +1 GMT (Amsterdam, Vienna)

My posts in the forum are displayed with one difference. Eg, it should display 08:00. but are displaying 07:00. Is I check inside the database, the time is stored correctly.

I cannot find any settings in AF for time-zone anymore, have you removed this setting?

If I look at the forum from an anonymous user, the posts are also showed with one hour difference.

    Best regards

    Anyone?

    1) Are time-zone settings inside the Active forums module removed in version 4.3.5.0?

Yes. If your time zone is appearing incorrectly, make sure that your portal time zone setting, and profile time zone settings are absolutely correct.

Last post did not get published, so I'll try again.

The timezones where wrong, but after correcting them we are still one hour off.

Can this have something to do with Daylight Saving Time?

We are a bit stuck here.

    Any resolution on this?

My timezones are correct on the server, site, and profile and still not working correctly.

Where is the "timezone offset" setting in the AF control panel?  I'm not seeing it.

    Thanks

I just started using the latest version of Active Forums and the time is off by 1 hour, obviously due to daylight savings time. My portal time zone is set correctly. Is there a solution for this issue?

Check your database timezone with a SQL command like SELECT GETDATE()

Compare that to the portal time zone, if they are different, you will see a time inconsistency.

I ran the GETDATE() function on my database and the returned datetime value is correct. The forum post dates are exactly one hour behind, which indicates that daylight savings time is not be calculated. Is this a known issue, or is there anything I can do about it (other than modifying a stored procedure or some hack like that)?

Same problem here, checked all the settings and timezone are configured correctly, but still 1 hour off caused by daylight saving. In the database table Activeforum_Settings is a Settings TIMEZONEOFFSET. Can't find this setting in the userinteface, is it possible to change this in the database? Does it do anything at all? Please help, I'm not the only one with this issue!
