    I have run into a problem with the AF when repling or adding a post.  When using the Active Editor I want to add an image so I input

     " "

    After hitting submit the result is just a box with a red x.  Looking at the html this is displayed;

    "   "

    I understand this is the same code in the filters section but shouldn't my image url be inserted where the curly brackets and the 2 are?  What am I missing here?  Is this a bug?  I have tried it in 3 different browsers with the same result.

    The bold, italic and underline tokens work just fine.

    There is an issue with the img button. I think it was caused when we increased the security settings preventing XSS attacks. I suggest you use the attachment manager for images. Or just enter them as raw html, if you have that enabled.

    Also, when you want to display code in a post, make sure you surround it in [ code ] [ /code ] tags, so that it doesn't just get rendered by the browser.

    Is this feature ever going to work?

    If you are referring to the [ img ] [ /img ] tokens then I have an easy workaround.

    Delete the existing REGEX filter.

    Add these filters:

    Thank you very much.  This worked out very well.  I might note here that I had to add 2 additional entries with the image code tag capitalized.  I copied and pasted a tinypic url and it did not work with the original "text to find" you indicated.  I added a second set of filters with [ IMG ] in all caps and it was recognized.  I would have thought it would have been picked up either way.  Thanks.
