Can't seem to insert an image anymore in a forum post.  I can upload it, but the insert doesn't do anything.  I can reproduce this on this forum (activemodules.com) and on several of my sites. 

Previously, this would show the image in the editor before you saved it.

One note, on activesocial.com I can still upload images to group forum posts.  However, they don't show the images, intead they show a token like this

I also noticed activesocial.com doesn't use the editor, only a textbox.
