Ever since DNN corp purchased Active Forum, I have a hard time getting any answers.

I have a client that really wants this, and have been bugging me about this for a couple of months. I can't respond to my client because I'm not getting any response from DNN. The problem is this that we need to have any attachments posted to the topic to be part of the email notification. Presently, it shows a link in email back to the topic. What we need is that the file attachments to be attached to the email as well. The forum is used by 1000 people running around the globe using their smartphones, so asking them to log back into the website to check every topic is a major barrier to access for them.

To do this, we can either

1. license the source code and do it ourselves, but I can't see any option to get the source code on Snowcovered.

2. have DNN do some custom programming for us, but unfortunately, I can't seems to get any response from them.

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue that I am having with my client? Much thanks for any information.

Regarding this request, the development team does not have the bandwidth to perform customizations at this point.

Active Forums source code is not available to the general public at this point.

This would be very useful to us. Is there a place to 'vote' on features? Something like Uservoice.com?
