Right now, when using ActiveEditor, lists (bulleted and numbered) do not work.

This is because you opted to replace the standard action for pressing the ENTER key from entering an HTML "P" to entering a "BR".

Because of this, clicking the list toolbar button (bulleted or numbered) attempts to turn all text into a list.

Please make it an admin option as to whether the ENTER key produces a "P" or a "BR".
