Feature:

A editor choice shall be made availabe in each user's profile. Users default to what is set in the forum profile.

Use Cases:

- System administrator, knowing that it will be difficult for most visitor of his surfing web site to use anything but Text only editor, sets the default editor to be text.
- User A who is using Firefox browser cannot post using the default DNN editor. 
- User B who is a savvy poster would like to use the default DNN editor all the time, sets his editor choice to default DNN editor in his profile.
