I made these minor modifications to the 3.0 version and again to the 3.5.2 version and would like to see them incorporated into the product for consistency.
The Forum Groups Add/Edit page is missing many of the checkbox hints/descriptions that are available for the same fields in the Forum Add/Edit page. (e.g. Moderated, UserFilter, Hidden, Active, Allow HTML, Allow Post Icon selection, Allow Emotions, Allow Script Tags, Allow Forum Subscriptions). As the Forum Groups edit page is the first place new admin users will encounter these items it made sense for me to add the descriptions of these items to the Forum Groups edit page as well. A further enhancement would be to enable localization of these values by incorporating into the .resx files.

In addition, I have added a bold red Text value for the chkInheritGroupSettings checkbox on the admin_fourmsedit.ascx to highlight the fact that when this box is checked, any changes made to the numerous items below have no affect on the Forum. Ideally this check box would completely hide the remainder of the form so there is no confusion about the implications. The value I added states " If checked none of the following settings apply!"
