I'm new to AF and I would like to have in the Active Forum Guide:
a Standard Settings section.

Could someone explain what are the settings for most Active Forums?
What is;
Cache Time (secs) in the Feedback form
What is Interval Wait in Active Forums

What are the security risks and defenses for;
Uploading documents -- with java scripts and HTML
Allowing Script Tags -- <script></script>
Allowing HTML in posts and signatures
Users Uploading Photos to their Bios

I'd like the Active Forum Guide to explain or direct me to an
explaination of what are the best practices of other forums.
