I'm looking everywhere to find the border of the search page detail criteria (#7C7B7D) and can't. Does anyone know how to change this?

do you mean the groupbox around the search boxes? if so if I remember right it is .af... fieldset, they have their own class for the fieldset so just search your module.css in your templates folder for "fieldset" and you should see how to modify this element.

Using Firebug in Firefox has saved me countless hours tracking down CSS related issues. I highly recommend it for figuring out class names and especially finding where things are getting overridden.
