In the topic view there are icons present, but they are very small and their function is unknown. When I mouse over them there are no tool tips. How can I add the titles for tool tips?

Can you describe the icons, or post a screen shot?

I have attached a screen shot with a red arrow pointing to the icons.

Yes, they do not have alt tags. However they are:

- Quick Topic Editor
- Delete Topic
- Edit Topic
- Move Topic
- Lock Topic
- Pin Topic
