    My users (over 50 with bifocals), are complaining about the "tiny" font size in the topic body.

    After spending more time than I thought, I cannot figure out what css parameter to change. In particular, since .afpostbody looks like it is suppose to control the size of the body text does not appear to be in the _default theme.

    I went into the templates and changed afpostbody to DNN's "normal" and it had no effect. I also added afpostbody to _default css file and it had no effect.

    Can someone please tell me where to adjust this. I only really need to do this for the body of the posts.

    I did the same thing and couldn't find the .afpostbody in the default themes.

    You will need to add the line:

    .afpostbody {font-size:20px !important}

    and change the 20 to whatever size you want.

    Put

    .afpostbody {font-size:20px;}

    at the top of the _default module.css file
    No effect in IE7 or Firefox3. this was problem I had been having.

    I'm also trying to get my default font size to be bigger as it's much too small for reading right now. I changed the default.css and that works for other modules but not for these forum posts. Anybody figure it out yet?

    Actually, the post above did work I must misapplied it. Just go into the THEME folder for whichever one you are using as per the Control Panel. Then in that folder add that line to the top of the module.css and it should be good to go.

    OK so Do I put?

    .afpostbody {font-size:20px !important}

    Or
    .afpostbody {font-size:20px;}

    Where? I don't know much about programing. What file? Where do I find it? Where in the file? In between what lines of code?

    Do I select the template button then? Or just insert into file?

    Thank you!

    afpostbody {font-size:20px !important}
    afpostbody {font-size:20px;}
    afpostbody {padding:0px;padding-top:10px;padding-bottom:10px;padding-left:5px;padding-right:5px;font-size:medium;}

    None of these seems to be working Anyone know what is going on?

    I tried adding to the "blue template" with no affect. Also changed the default template?

    Anyone have any idea on how to change the fonts?

    depending on the forum template you are using (i.e. default, etc) you will have to manually change the forums CSS file. I use web expression because it gives me a preview of the style. **lesson learned** make a copy of the css file before you modify it and if you change the file, Make a copy of the file BEFORE you do an upgrade. You may consider holding off on spending a bunch of time on this b/c AF 5 is about to come out which has MANY changes to the way the forums are formatted (styled).

    AF5 - any update when? I'm just installing 4, and would like to save the learning curve if possible.

    This worked perfectly for me, I am using the Dark template, I simply went into the module.css file and added the line:

    .afpostbody {font-size:20px !important}

    20 was WAY too big though, and I ended up going back and changing it to 14

    In order to see the change after you do it, you need to re-download the style sheet and the best way to do that is either flush out your cache or, while viewing the page, press and hold CTRL then F5
