Support Policy

Our support team is happy to answer any questions you have regarding installation and use of our modules and will work to quickly resolve any problems you run into. 

To access our technical support, please use the online Helpdesk, found in the Community section of our website.  Using the Helpdesk will allow us to fully research your question and will provide for tracking of the issue.  If you are using an out-of-date version of Active Social or Active Forums, you may be asked to upgrade to the most recent version.

The level of support you will receive depends on the product.  Please see below for a brief description of the support offered.

Active Social and Active Forums Enterprise

  • Unlimited Community support
  • Helpdesk/e-mail support for 1 year from purchase
  • Phone support for 1 year from purchase

Active Forums Standard

  • Unlimited Community support
  • Helpdesk/e-mail support for 30 days from purchase

Active Forums Express

  • Unlimited Community support
  • Helpdesk/e-mail support for 15 days from purchase

Please note that your access to support is based on your purchase date, not the date you installed the module or the date your license was activated.  If your access to support has expired, you will have the option to (1) Purchase an individual support ticket, or (2) Renew your license.  Please contact us for further information.
