Active Modules wants all customers to be completely satisfied.  We provide a free trial or working demo for all products prior to purchase.  Our sales and support team is also available to answer any questions.  Refunds are only available within 10 days of purchase for licensed products that have not been activated.  All sales are final for products that do not require activation.
