1. Currently. it looks like the "host" is sending the email notifications. If the recipient replies to the email, the host will receive the response. This can be a privacy concern not to mention that the original private message author will have no idea that his message was replied to via email. The Admin should have the option to configure the "reply to" email address of the notfication. Settings could be: A) Host B) The email address of the private message author C) An email address manually entered by the admin for example a "no-reply" email address.

2. The notification email template should be customizable by the admin. If anyone already knows how to this, please fill me in.

This request should definitely be a high priority.  I am running a site for my high school class for our 20th reunion.  Not everyone is that tech savy.  The ability to send as the user or a configurable no-reply address would be great.  Preferably the no-reply I think, since the idea is generally private messages.
