Author Messages Dean Fiala Customers Posts:3 11 Apr 2008 11:53 AM   When I go to update the HTML Content in an order step, the HTML Content check box is always unchecked. If I then check the box there is no HTML in the edit box even if it currently exists in the database. I can create HTML Content and it does save and display properly, but if I go to edit it again, it is always gone. sigmadx Customers Posts:1 07 May 2008 04:24 PM   i had the same problem, but it turns out you have to have a non-trial version for it to work. It said 'TRIAL' under the '?' icon but once support sent me a file to upload, then it worked.  Not sure if that helps.. I'd just send an email to support. You are not authorized to post a reply.
