Sounds like a seriously mucked up DNN install. I'm thinking do the test install.

I removed all 4 modules. Made sure database is set to 2005 - it is, as other things need 2005.Reinstalled the 4 modules. No errors. Can add the other 3 modules to page ... the forum module even asks if I want to get started setting up. But I can not ...

Yes, I understand you mentioned no errors during install. However, it is very common for a customers to miss the pivot error during install because it will still report the module as being installed successfully. I would suggest creating a support ...

There was no error during installation of either module as I said in previous post and it was set to SQL Server 2005 90 - I checked the database.
