I'm not exactly sure what text you are referring to, but everything can be changed in the language files (.resx) files.

Hi Will,
in this thread I can see the phrase at the left "Post Count:"
In my website I have looked for in DesktopModule\ActiveForums\App_LocalResources (all files .ascx.resx) with no results.
any idea?
