I've figured out how to make the info tab visible to all authenticated users, rather than just a user's friends, but I can only get the tab itself to show, not the actual content.

I know that which content is displayed is a user preference setting, but can I have that setting be to display that content by default (and let the user choose to only show it to friends if he/she wants)?
