I was having trouble using Google Apps with Mail Connector. It just wouldn't work mainly because any email sent from my site was sent out via the Host email address and not the Forum Email address.
I put together a quick and dirty tutorial that shows how I got this to work. If you already know, great! I couldn't find the answer but was tipped off by what another user on this forum did to be abel to have unique portal admin email accounts while using Google Apps.
This work with the standard version.

http://sgchs.us/Files/tabid/101/Default.aspx They are still sent from the host account but the "From" field is populated with the Admin email instead of the Host Email. Also, when the user replies, the reply is sent to the admin email and not the host account email.
