Some of my topics when I click it takes me to the forums main page. I am assuming those post has been deleted or forum don't exist anymore. If that is the case should it not remove it from MY Topics list or atleast alert me with a message the page you looking for has been removed with an option to remove it from My Topic list.

Yes this occurs when the topic has been moved or deleted. We will try to clean up this behavior for a future version.
