On the Community Page there are two Knowledgebase links: one on the left under Active Social, the other on the right directly under Help Desk. I'm a newbie to this forum and I just dsicovered today that the two links point to completely different information. Perhaps I shouldn't have but I just assumed that two links on the same page with the same name pointed to the same materials. I know now its the one on the left. This might be confusing to other as well. Just sayin...

There are 2 link one under Active Social and the other under quick links.
The link under AS takes to AS specific KB and the other is generic to access for all AM products. Hope that make sense.
