I have created 2 groups and deleted them but cannot recreate them under the same name as it says they still exist. How do I recreate groups with same name

Make sure you also delete the roles and forums that were automatically created

I canrt find where i delete the two roles that are automatically created with the groups??

From the DotNetNuke Menu select Admin > Security Roles. Now change the "Filter by Role Group" to All Roles. You should now see the roles that were created. Don't forget to delete the forum too.

Thank you! This was driving me nuts trying to recreate a group.

Will, have you considered adding the option when deleting a group to also delete the roles and/or forums associated with the group? In my case, I didn't have to delete the forum, but I did have to delete the roles.
