I was making some changes to the postinfo template on my site tonight. After making the changes I wanted, and saving them as my own template, I went in and applied the template to the forums. None of my changes appeared. After considerable troubleshooting, it appears that you can assign a postinfo template, but no matter what, the system always uses the default. I edited the default and the changes now appear.

Scratch this.. I just remembered that this is a 'known feature' Is there any way to add other AS profile information into the postinfo template?

Try to clean the Cache as Host user.

It worked for me.
