Some weeks ago I made some posts to the AS forum which is a moderated forum. Since then my posts were not published to the forum. As we are still considering AS a solution for our intranet an answer to the questions would be appreciated.

Are you referring to the post made on February 6? I did answer those questions for you and also checked up on your other posts, which look like they have been answered as well. Let me know if I'm missing something or if you have any other questions!

Can you activate thread notifications on this site? I never know if my question was answered unless I manually come back to the site. It would be very helpful especially since this is used as your user support. Regards.

Notifications are enabled in support forums for customers. Also, the forums are not the only support option. Each product offers different levels of support which includes access to our help desk. Only if your support has expired would the forums be your primary support mechanism.
