Active Social and Active Forums updates

by Will Morgenweck on 18 Mar 2009 11:53 PM

Active Social 1.0.18 and Active Forums 4.1.14 were released today.  We have more customers launching new or upgraded sites with Active Social with each release.  We still have more features in store and development is literally taking place 24 hours a day.

This release also included a preview of how we plan to enable third-party module integration.  We have customers integrating many popular modules with great success.  While third-party integration is not our primary focus, we realize it is something our customers demand.

The next few releases for Active Social will focus on new features and more capabilities for user profiles and registration.  Our goal is to release smaller updates more frequently, instead of making customers wait for a major update.  Our goal is to have one release a week and so far we have stayed mostly on track.

Thanks,
Will

Hi Will,

Congratulations on further releases and the new agile release plan. The download section for AF doesn't seem to offer 4.1.14 - just 4.1.09. Is this right? Also, do you have release notes for AF4.1.14?

Best regards,
Rod

Release notes are in the download section. AF 4.1.14 will be made available to enterprise customers tomorrow.
