Active CRM 1.3 adds a few new features, several enhancements and some navigation changes.  The most noticeable change is the addition of the Workspace section.  This includes a quick link to the Dashboard, Calendar, My Tickets, My Leads and My Activities.  In Active CRM 1.4 you will see My Sales, My Opportunities and My Files. 

We have also redesigned the activity form.  The activity can serve multiple purposes and we wanted to make it easily integrate with the calendar.  We also wanted to reduce the amount of time that it would take for the activity screen to load.  We were able to improve performance by removing the tabs and replacing the Telerik r.a.d. editor with the new editor control from ComponentArt. 

The first release of the new calendar will seem fairly basic.  You will have month and day views.  You will be able to create events that are public or private.  The day view will include a small agenda view as well.  The next update will include reoccurring events and the ability to specify attendees.

The Opportunities list has also been updated to include tools for you to filter by type, next step and status.

We have made a few other changes to improve usability.  The tabs will now display the number of items under the tab.  We have also added a tool tip feature to the entity picker so that you can quickly preview more details about a the selected entity.

We also have a few other items that have addressed which will be listed in the final release notes.
